Following the overwhelming response to its debut, this sold-out event once again showcased the restaurant's commitment to providing exceptional Italian dining experiences.

Led by the talented Chef Diego, the evening featured a 19-course tasting menu that highlighted the diverse and authentic flavors of Italy. Guests embarked on a culinary journey that began with refreshing Italian Sangria and a delightful selection of starters, including Bruschetta Chic with 20-month Parma ham and Burrata cheese, and Arancini with spicy Nduja salami.

The culinary adventure continued with handmade pasta dishes like Tartufo, featuring homemade potato gnocchi with black truffle and parmesan cream sauce, and Cime di Rapa, a traditional orecchiette pasta with wild turnip tops. Guests also enjoyed the unique Bloomy Garden pizza, topped with fresh vegetables and mozzarella.

The main course showcased a variety of skewers, including the Manzo, a flavorful grilled black angus ribeye skewer, and the Salmon, featuring roasted salmon fillet and saffron braised leeks. To conclude the evening, guests indulged in classic Italian desserts like Panna Cotta, Crème Brulee, and White Peach.
