Held on Saturday, May 25th, 2024, the event transported guests on a culinary journey to Puglia, Italy, with a multi- course menu showcasing the region's rich flavors and traditions.

Led by Chef Diego, a native of Puglia, the evening featured a diverse array of dishes, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. From the delicate Focaccia Barese and vibrant Octopus Salad to handmade pastas like Tartufo and Cime di Rapa, each course was met with enthusiastic praise from attendees.

Starters (6:30 to 7:00)

  • Focaccia Barese: Puglia-style potato & semolina focaccia with cherry tomatoes, olives, onions, oregano & marine salt
  • Octopus Salad: Octopus carpaccio salad with celery, white beans, onions, rocket, lemon, olive oil
  • Bruschetta: Grilled sourdough bread, 20-month Parma ham, burrata cheese, basil pesto, confit tomatoes
  • Pumpkin Soup: Roasted organic pumpkin soup, creamy ricotta cheese, garlic croutons

Pasta & RISOTTO (7:00 to 7:30)

  • Tartufo: Homemade potato gnocchi with black truffle & parmesan cheese cream sauce
  • Cime di Rapa: Handmade semolina orecchiette, wild turnip tops, anchovies, chili, garlic, olive oil
  • Monti: Handmade semolina gnocchetti, pork sausage, porcini mushrooms, red wine, pecorino cheese
